RRB ALP CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2026

The first stage CBT is purely screening or qualifying in nature to filter candidates for the core second stage. It contains objective multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

• Negative Marking Policy: There is a strict penalty of 1/3rd (0.33) mark deducted for every wrong answer marked.
• Normalization Method: Normalization of marks will be applied if the exam is conducted in multiple shift sessions.

Final Selection Filter: Stage 3 Aptitude Test (CBAT)
